Service Description

First time consultation. This is for a functional health assessment and full nutritional work-up. Treatment may include structural and emotional work if needed. Assume approximately 60-90 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Set language for canceling last minute...include any charges and/or refund...also, determine if payment is rendered at the time of appointment; if so, then consider a $50 deposit to hold appointment...this helps hold clients accountable and if cancelled last minute (e.g. within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, then they forfeit $50 and have to reschedule....)...just thinking here... :)
